نبذة عن المدرّب
I am an academic, educator, and organisational development strategist with a psychotherapy-informed approach, specialising in learning, organisational transformation, conflict management, and leadership. For over two decades, I have partnered with more than 120 institutions and leaders across 50+ countries to strengthen capacity, navigate complexity, and build cultures grounded in care, accountability, and ethical practice. My approach combines psychotherapy-informed insight with structural and relational analysis to explore how power, identity, trauma, and organisational culture shape leadership, decision-making, and institutional change. I design learning architectures, governance frameworks, and evidence-informed strategies that strengthen safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), organisational accountability, conflict management, and sustainable organisational development across humanitarian, development, human rights, and mission-driven sectors. At the core of my practice is a commitment to helping people and institutions navigate complexity with integrity, strengthen relationships, exercise agency, share power responsibly, and create meaningful, lasting change.
