Dr Nour Abu-Assab

Dr Nour Abu-Assab is a scholar-practitioner, strategist and educator, and Co-Founder and Co-Director of CTDC. Her work sits at the intersection of research, institutional development, governance, safeguarding, organisational transformation, learning systems and responsible innovation. With two decades of experience across more than 50 countries, she has supported universities, UN agencies, international organisations, private sector institutions, civil society actors and professional networks to make sense of complex environments, strengthen institutional systems and build the capabilities required for accountable and context-sensitive practice. Her expertise includes institutional strategy, organisational assessment, learning design, safeguarding and PSEA, governance frameworks, leadership development, applied research and responsible AI. Her current work focuses on the development of ethical, rigorous and practical educational and organisational systems that strengthen institutional resilience, deepen judgement and support responsible innovation.
